Processing & Dispatch All prints are made to order on high-quality 250gsm uncoated paper. Orders are processed and dispatched within 3-5 business days(Monday-Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
UK Shipping We offer standard shipping across the United Kingdom. Delivery typically takes 2-5 business days from dispatch. All UK orders include tracking.
Total UK Delivery Time: Approximately 5-10 business days from order placement (3-5 days processing + 2-5 days delivery)
International Shipping We ship to select international destinations including the EU and other countries. International delivery times vary by location:
- Europe (EU): 7-12 business days total (3-5 days processing + 4-7 days delivery)
- Rest of World: 10-17 business days total (3-5 days processing + 7-12 days delivery)
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees determined by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product or shipping prices.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size.
Order Tracking All orders include tracking. You will receive tracking details via email once your order has been dispatched.
Damaged or Lost Items If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact us at care@thekean.co.uk within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
